My name is Brenda & we rented the obstacle course from you guys yesterday, I just wanted to let you know that your service was great & that I was very impressed with the moonwalk & all the kids loved it.
The delivery man came at 11 AM & did not have any difficulties locating the house, he was prompt & there before anyone showed up which was great. He was earlier then the scheduled time which is great!!!!!!
We appreciate everything & the great price given to us.....and I will defintly recommend you guys to my friends & family.

Hi,
I rented the castle moonwalk from you today. I just wanted to thank you so much! I had another rental set up for the day and he cancelled on me last minute because he "thought" it was going to rain. Even though I insisted it wasn't going to rain until after 8pm he still wouldn't bring it. I called you at 1145am and you had a moonwalk here by 1230pm! You didn't hesitat at all! It was awesome! You really made a lot of people happy! It turned out to be a terrific party, thanks to you! I rent three times a year, and from now on, I will be getting them from you! We had a fundraiser last year for Rett Syndrome (www.rettsyndrome.org) in Waterford Ct. It was a Strollathon and a fun filled family event. Jump a Roo Zoo was so helpful from the beginning. Most places wouldn't help out a charity event and Jump a Roo Zoo didn't hesitate. They came and set the mooonbounce up and picked it up! The moonbounce was a BIG HIT, not just for the kids but for some adults too. I highly recommend their products they are clean and in great shape. I will always recommend Jump a Roo Zoo to all my family and friends. If, you are looking for a business that has excellent customer service, courtesy and products are great...look NO FURTHER!

On behalf of Eagle Industries I would like to thank you for yet another successful year as one of our company picnic vendors. The kids absolutely loved the waterslide. It was perfect because it ended up
being 85 degrees that day, and it was a great way for them to cool off. The tiger moonbounce was also a big hit. Even I went in it and I'm 21 years old! Our guests enjoyed the popcorn and sno cone machines as well. I would also like to commend you for your excellent customer service. You were very accommodating with the fact that we had to reschedule due to the weather.You'll definately be hearing from us next year for our 2011 picnic. Thanks again!

Belated thank you for your outstanding service on New Year's Eve. We came up with a last minute party idea on NYE morning to rent the sumo suits. Were not even sure could find anyone that had them available - let alone someone as top notch as Jumparoo Zoo. Called you guys and wow - very impressed with the quality of your service and product. Delivery was on time and helpful. To think it all happened same day - just great. Also - the suits were a big hit - everyone had fun.
